Email from Plainview Fire/Ems A-Shift

"On 4/24/2019 Brendan Marquez had the opportunity to spend the day with Plainview Fire/Ems A-Shift. Brendan assisted with daily station duties (cleaning house), truck checks, station up keep/repairs, and making a meal for the shift. Brendan observed how emergency calls are handled, which consisted of patient care/treatment and transport to the emergency room for further evaluation. He also witnessed how a scene is handled during a major traffic accident with injuries. The Plainview Fire/Ems thanks Petersburg ISD for giving him the opportunity to spend the day with us and to give him the best real world experience into a career he has chosen.
